Conditions of participation for competitions on Instagram

1. Organizer: ANTHEA is the organizer of the competition. This competition has no connection with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but ANTHEA.

2. Eligibility: Participation is open to people aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany. Employees of the company and their family members are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

5. Prizes: The exact prizes will be described in the competition post. The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Selection and notification of winners: The winners will be chosen by random drawing within 7 days of the competition closing date and notified via Instagram direct message. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. Otherwise, a new winner may be selected.

7. Data protection: By participating in the competition, participants agree that their personal data may be stored and used for the purpose of conducting the competition. The data will be deleted after the competition has ended, unless there are legal retention requirements. Participants have the right to information about their stored data, its correction or deletion.

8. Disclaimer of liability: ANTHEA is not liable for technical faults or damages that occur during the delivery of the prizes. Legal recourse is excluded.

9. Final provisions: Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the country of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Subject to changes and errors.
