🚐 Delivery

How soon can I receive my order?

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, the exactdelivery time depends on your location and the availability of the products. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the delivery details.

Delivery times:

  • Germany: 3-5 working days
  • Europe: 5-8 business days
  • all other areas: 10-15 business days

Where is my order?

As soon as we send your package on its way, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.

If you have placed several orders on the same day, we will send them together in one package to save shipping costs and protect the environment.

How much does the shipping cost?

  • From an order value of more than 70€ we deliver free of charge within Germany. If your purchase is below this order value, shipping costs €4.99 .
  • Shipping to EU countries: €13.99
  • Shipping outside the EU: €19.99

How do I return items?

We always strive to provide you with only the best quality. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it to the following address:

Is the return free of charge?

Returns mean a lot of work for a small company like ours. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot pay for the return costs and hope for your understanding.

If you are unsure about an item and would like more information before you order it, simply email us at info@anthea.store and we will be happy to help you further.

How long is the return possible?

You have 14 days to return your items to us after receipt. Please send the package back to us with sufficient postage. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept any returns after this. If you still send goods back to us, it may be that we will send them back to you at your expense.

💬 Problems with the order

I received an incorrect/faulty item

If you have received a damaged/wrong item, we will of course take care of it immediately. In this case, please send us an e-mail to info@anthea.store stating the order number, the item and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will endeavor to solve the problem as soon as possible.

How do I redeem my discount code correctly?

Enter your discount code exactly as you received it from us, without spaces.

Important : You must enter the discount code before completing the order - discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

You can only redeem one discount code per order.

Some discount codes only apply to selected items and most codes are only valid during a specific period.

  • Screenshots of error messages
  • Which web browser you use (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
  • what you have tried so far to solve it

How do I create an account?

It's super easy to create a customer account:

  1. Click the person icon , then click Create Account and provide the required information.
  2. Confirm your registration by clicking on the link we sent you by email. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
  3. You're ready to start your shopping experience. In the customer account you can view your orders and manage your addresses.
