We always strive to provide you with only the best quality. However, if an item does not meet your expectations or you have ordered several items to choose from, you can easily send them back:

  1. Log in to your account. To do this, click here and request a return. Enter your email address and click "Next".
  2. Open the email sent from our shop in your email account and copy the confirmation code.
  3. Go back to the online shop and enter the confirmation code.
  4. Click on the order you want to send the return for.
  5. Select the items you want to return and a return reason.
  6. Click on "Request a Return".

Please note, however, that returns can be a hassle, especially for a small business like ours. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot pay for the return costs and hope for your understanding.

Please note that jewelry items are non-returnable.

Return Deadline & Return Costs

You have 30 days to return your items to us after receipt. Please send the package back to us with sufficient postage. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 30 days. If you still send goods back to us, it may be that we will send them back to you at your expense.

Conditions for returns

Please pack the items unused and safe. Each item is carefully checked by us. Please understand that we cannot take back damaged and used items. Please make sure to use outer packaging on which you stick the return label. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.


After checking your return, you will receive the invoice amount within 10 days according to the value of the returned goods to the payment method you specified when ordering. Please keep your receipt safe until then.

Complaint/article defective

If an item has arrived damaged, we will of course take care of it immediately. In this case, please send us an email to stating the order number, the item and photos of the damage . We will endeavor to solve the problem as soon as possible.
